Private Yoga Instruction
Private in-person and virtual yoga sessions are available by appointment.
I provide private yoga instruction both in-person and virtually. I create yoga programs and provide instruction to help people navigate where they are presently in their lives. My mission is to help my students stay in the present moment through breathing exercises, guided meditation, and mindful movement instruction. I am able to teach yoga to the general population and specialize in teaching the following styles of yoga listed down below:
Alignment based hatha yoga is a practice that focuses on the placement of the bones in each pose to develop strength, stability, and protection in the body.
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. All poses are typically supported by props to help you rest and relax.
Yoga for Pregnancy
Prenatal yoga helps expectant mothers manage the constant shifts and discomforts of pregnancy with meditation, breathing exercises, and mindful movement.
Yoga for Postpartum
Yoga for postpartum helps mothers implement self care practices and develop the mental and emotional tools to navigate the everyday challenges (and joys) of being a mother.
